HOPE FAMILY CONTACT CENTRE

HOPE Superjobs Family Contact Centre provides a neutral and safe environment for non-resident children to maintain contact with parents and family members. Our qualified and experienced staff offer both Supported and Supervised contact services at our venues and other locations.

We collaborate effectively with local authorities, CAFCASS, courts, and service users to maximize positive outcomes for families. Our supervisors conduct detailed observations of parent-child interactions and produce comprehensive reports for court proceedings, aiding judges in determining the child’s best interests.

At HOPE Family Contact Centre, we are dedicated to the well-being of every child. Our services are built upon the Every Child Matters framework, ensuring that children are safe, healthy, and have the opportunity to thrive. We create a welcoming and relaxed environment where children can enjoy quality time with their families, fostering positive relationships and happy memories.

We prioritize the safety and security of all children. Our centre operates in strict adherence to safeguarding policies, and any child protection concerns are addressed promptly and reported to the appropriate authorities.

SINCE HOPE CONTACT CENTRE WAS ESTABLISHED, WE HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFULLY INSPECTED AND MAINTAINED THIS ACCREDITATION BY NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CHILD CONTACT CENTRES (NACCC).

HOW CAN HOPE CONTACT CENTRE HELP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY?

We understand the importance of family connections. Our Children’s Contact Services facilitate healthy relationships between children and their non-resident parents, providing a neutral setting for safe and comfortable contact.

Our services include supervised contact, which may be implemented when deemed necessary or as directed by court orders. This service provides a monitored setting for interactions between children and family members.

Our center provides a neutral platform where parents can work together to create child-focused contact arrangements with non-residential family members. Families are supported in re-establishing and developing positive relationships, fostering a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere.

We understand the challenges families face during separation. That’s why we provide an easily accessible, safe, and welcoming space where you’ll find support and encouragement to reconnect and build stronger relationships.

Our services promote positive family relationships by offering supportive guidance and encouragement to parents. By encouraging and supporting parents, we help to enhance the quality of their family relationships.

We support families during supervised contact by providing access to additional support services. Recognizing the challenges, we proactively guide families to relevant resources. Our goal is to ensure comprehensive support for families navigating supervised contact.
